The Oleandro apartment is located in a central position in the historic center of the city of Arco, about 50 meters from the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and its splendid square. The apartment is on two levels with availability of a cellar on the ground floor. Access is made directly from Via Ferrera, from an ancient door you enter a courtyard, from where you can access the apartment.
the housing
The apartment has on the ground floor a private wrapped cellar with lock for storing bicycles and any recharge for e-bikes. From the ground floor is accessed via an internal staircase on the first floor. At this level, kitchen and living room are organized in open space. The kitchen is modern, equipped with dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer), induction cooker and large rooms for storage of accessories. The kitchen also has a small "peninsula bar" for a pleasant breakfast. Also at this level there is the availability of a large table with 4/6 seats, a comfortable sofa (3/4 seats) that allows you to comfortably see the flat-screen television. The subscale is organized to entertain the little guests with games, books and stuffed animals. A spectacular iron and glass staircase will allow you to access the upper floor. As soon as you get up you will find a large multi-function room that can be used as a relaxation room or as a double room thanks to the comfortable presence of a sofa bed, a TV and a large closet. The room is equipped with adjustable LED lighting to create the right atmosphere for every occasion. A poggiolo overlooks the underlying access courtyard as well as an enchanting view of the historic center of Arco and Monte Stivo. Also on this floor there is access to a double bedroom and to a bathroom with a floor-level shower and a glass box.

Access to the apartment is independent and secured 24 hours a day by alphanumeric keypads placed on all accesses to the apartment.

The apartment is located next to the historic walls of Palazzo Marchetti, one of the oldest residences of the Conti d'arco today one of the most famous restaurants of Arco, from the second floor overlooking the beautiful part of the town of Arco, beyond, the eye sweeps on the slopes of Monte Stivo, a destination appreciated by many hikers and bikers.
